Follow these steps

  1. On the login screen, choose the option to log in (not register).
  2. Enter your work email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click/tap Employer Login.

Didn't work?

  1. Reset your password.

    If you don't receive the reset password email, check your spam/junk filters.

    If you receive the error "password reset link is not valid, or already used", try opening the password reset link in a private browser or incognito window.
  2. Try entering any other work email addresses you might have used to sign up.

I no longer have access to the email address registered to my account

In this case, you need to contact a RefNow administrator within your organisation and ask them to lookup your account in the Admin User Management section of the RefNow portal. They can also create a new account for you if the account cannot be found.

Note: If you are the only RefNow administrator user for an organisation and you are unable to login please contact us by creating a new support ticket.
