You may receive this message when attempting to login
"Login failed: Your account is not enabled. Please contact the RefNow Administrator in your organisation and request them to enable your account."
If your account has been Suspended and you are receiving the message "Your account has been suspended" please read Your account has been suspended. However, If you receive the message "Your account is not enabled" please continue reading this article.
This is because your account has been Disabled by a RefNow Administrator within your organisation.
This could be for a number of reasons:
- They may be running low on user licenses and have disabled your account until they purchase more.
- They may have noticed the account is not being used and decided to Disable the account.
- They may think you have left the company.
You should contact a RefNow Administrator within your organisation if you would like your account to be Enabled.
