Please note that subscriptions may only be reduced within 7 days of the last billing date. You can check your next billing date by visiting the Admin->Invoices page, it will be displayed under the heading "Next Invoice Date:".

As a RefNow Organisation Administrator you can edit your subscription by following these steps:

  1. Login to RefNow.
  2. Click Admin -> Billing from the menu at the top.
  3. Use the credits slider to change the number of monthly credits.
  4. Select the desired base package in step 2.
  5. Click the Update Subscription button to save changes.
  6. You will be prompted to enter a billing email address and payment card information. 
    1. Please enter the email address where you would like invoices to be emailed to, this may be your finance teams email address. 
    2. Please enter payment details that should be used for paying for the subscription on a monthly basis.
    3. Click the SUBSCRIBE button if you are happy with the subscription details.
  7. You may need to refresh the page if your new subscription is not displayed.
