As a RefNow Organisation Administrator you can Add New Questions to Question Profiles by following these steps:

  1. Login to RefNow.
  2. Click Admin -> Questions from the menu at the top.
  3. Select the Question Profile you would like to edit from the list of profiles.
  4. Click the Add New Question button.
  5. If you require this question to be answered tick the box next to Required.
  6. Enter the Question Title select if the question is a DropDown (multiple choice answer), Text, or Number type.  If you choose the DropDown type you will then have to add a number of answers by entering them in the box provided and clicking Add.
  7. Click the Add Question button.
