As a RefNow Organisation Administrator you can Add New Questions to Question Profiles by following these steps:
- Login to RefNow.
- Click Admin -> Questions from the menu at the top.
- Select the Question Profile you would like to edit from the list of profiles.
- Click the Add New Question button.
- If you require this question to be answered tick the box next to Required.
- Enter the Question Title select if the question is a DropDown (multiple choice answer), Text, or Number type. If you choose the DropDown type you will then have to add a number of answers by entering them in the box provided and clicking Add.
- Click the Add Question button.
